Architectural building. Now in Taupō.

Bespoke renovations, additions, outdoor living and new builds.

From concept to completion, Davcon delivers residential and lifestyle construction of the highest standard.

After 20+ years building award-winning homes across Hawke’s Bay, we’re bringing the same architectural focus and hands-on project management to Taupō.

Meet Roger Mosley

Roger leads Davcon in Taupō. He has been with Davcon for over 17 years, joining Julian in the early days of the business, and has been foreman on many of Davcon’s most recognised builds, including multiple House of the Year winners.

Known for his meticulous project management and the strong relationships he has built with architects and sub-trades over his career, Roger has relocated to Taupō and will be building a local team as work grows.

“We found Roger’s organisational skills and communication with ourselves, sub-trades and local authorities to be exceptional. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the Building Code and Practice and as a result the project ran seamlessly. Roger was fantastic to deal with, was extremely reliable, conducted himself in a professional manner at all times and had the respect of all tradesmen on site.”
